Tenant Interview.

Florian Kessler | WZR Beijing.

German Centre Beijing is increasing its office space in the DRC Liangmaqiao Diplomatic Office Building by 6,000 sqm to more than 17,000 sqm. We sat down with Florian Kessler, Managing Partner WZR to talk about his new office and the benefits of being a German Centre Beijing tenant.

For Florian, the German Centre stands for trust and transparency, “In the German Centre you will not get lost in local bureaucracies and can instead focus on your core competencies and what you do best.”

According to Florian, being part of the German Centre Beijing means being part of a larger German community. Sharing of resources, networks and the short distance are invaluable.

For example, direct neighbors of WZR are BDI, VDA and ZVEI (EuropElectro) who form a “Haus der Verbände”, which underlines the valuable concept of creating short distances.

Besides, Florian just became a father and he enjoys seeing his son taking his first steps. The German Centre says congrats!

But not only is his son taking big steps towards the future, also WZR is leaping into the future.

Florian is enthusiastic about his new office in the DRC building, “we will create a modern and comfortable open office space, where we can head confidently into the future – together with the German Centre Beijing and our clients”.

And there is more, Florian emphasizes that WZR will also keep up with the latest technology trends. In cooperation with the University of Bremen, WZR developed their own legal tech software that will help many clients to automate important legal processes (e.g. company establishment). The whole WZR team is excited for the launch of this new software this year!

We are glad to have WZR as one of our tenants! All the best for the year of the Ox!
